California Summer Wedding | Chino Hills, California

Wow, I know it’s been a while since I’ve written anything here. I guess you can say I’ve just been too busy with life. But this wedding is just too good to not showcase!

As a wedding photographer, I know my job is VERY important on a wedding day and I never take this role lightly. I want to create a beautiful experience for my client, but most importantly leave them with something they can remember and cherish forever. I always aim to shoot for the moments between mom and daughter, sisters, friends, dads, and etc. Although the details are important on a wedding day, I believe that the happy memories shared with each other on this wondrous day far outweighs everything else.

When Rebekah of Providence and Planning reached out to me and asked if I could cover a wedding in my small hometown Chino Hills, California, I immediately said “yes” and was excited to showcase this beautiful quaint town of mine. After all, who else would know all of the secret pockets of light better than a local, right?

Our process of creating the beautiful wedding started immediately. We corresponded with each other for months leading up to the wedding. We wanted to create an effortless beautiful experience for our client. Our goals and visions were all aligned. The vendor team knew I was a film photographer and that every frame was going to be shot with intention so creating clutter free wedding is imperative to ensure I would always get a clean shot.

With the help of Sofia from East Rooted Floral, Rebekah completely transform the wedding space with their beautiful romantic touches. The subtle tones and beautiful centerpieces were all softly lit with candle light all over to create an intimate experience for their families and friends.
